How often should I have a dental check-up?
We recommend visiting your dentist every 6 to 12 months for a check-up. Regular appointments help keep your mouth healthy, your breath fresh, and your teeth sparkling.
How often should I
see a hygienist?
Ideally, you should visit your dental hygienist once a year. These visits help keep your gums clean and infection-free by breaking down plaque and eliminating bacteria.
What happens during a dental appointment?
Your dentist will examine your teeth, gums, and mouth for any issues, using scans or X-rays if needed. Based on the results, they’ll provide personalised advice to help you maintain or improve your oral health.
